Most people think that starting a blog is very easy and no other things are needed apart from some basic knowledge on HTMl and a good niche to write about. This is one of the misconceptions about blogging. Blogging is much than just writing your favorite articles. It about keeping your audience on mind while writing any post and making sure that they can have a pleasant time while reading and navigating through your content.

How easy are your visitors able to navigate through your website. Is your blog easy and pleasant to the users? If a blog is easy to use, visitors tend to stick and click. Good usability help the users to do what you want them to do. It tell them where to go and what to do next.

Sellability
Incase you decide to use your site for monetization purposes, does it supports sales? Where could you place your ads and what type of ads fits best in your blog? Do you think people can buy if you decide to sell to them? Do you have testimonials, studies that would support what you are selling?

Scalability
A good site must have room for expansion or to accomodate many more other pages if need arises. Can you customize your site according to your needs. Visibility
