If you want to make changes, click on edit page. A pop up window will appear.  You can insert image, write a free form document, format or change the page layout.

When you are done doing the changes, click on save. Now you can start sharing your site by clicking on share button found on the top far right of the page. You will be taken to a page where you can select the social network that you would like to share your page with such as; Twitter, Facebook, Goolge Plus etc.

One advantage of using the Google site is the ability to be able to control what is found on the page. You can insert videos, docs, spreadsheets, presentations, photo slide shows, and calendars directly onto your Google Sites pages. You are also able to select a theme/template that best suits your needs.
