Add Donate Button for Paypal in a blog

You may have seen a donation button in other websites and maybe you are also considering having one in your blog.  A donation button allows your users to donate a few dollars through your Paypal account. Even though it is expected that not all your users will donate, sometimes you may be lucky and get a few dollars.

If you are thinking of adding a donation button, this post will guide you on how to go about doing it.

If you do not have an existing Paypal account, you will have to signup first with Paypal.

  • After signing up, login to your Paypal account
  • Click on Merchants Services Tab
  • You will be taken to Paypal Website Payment Standards Page

On right side of PayPal Website Payments Standard page, there is a small box written Key Features.
