How to Built Google Backlinks

Backlinks are an important part of SEO and have a significant positive influence on page ranking. This is because search engines like Google consider quality backlinks as a recommendation from other blog/websites but getting backlinks from those high ranking websites is usually very hard since most of them are 'nofollow' blogs/websites.

So, where do you get quality backlinks. There are several ways that you use to get backlinks such as commenting in other dofollow blogs, guest posting, social networks like Facebook, submission of your blog to search engines, article directories and other free online directories.

In this posts, I will look at how you can be able to build backlinks from Google plus. First, you need to have a Googe gmail account (Google plus). If you are using blogspot, I know you already have the Google Account that you used to register with the Blogger Blogspot. You will use your Google Plus (sub-domain of Google) to get the backlinks from Google.com.

Go to:
  • https://plus.google.com/YourName or login to your gmail account
  • View Profile
  • Edit Profile
  • About Page

Scroll down the page until to the bottom, at the left side of the page, you will find Recommended links,  click on Add Custom Link,  add Your blog URL and on the label box write the Title of your blog. You can continue adding more blogs by clicking again on add Custom Links and following the same steps. Set  how you want it to be displayed either as Extended Circles, Public, Your Circle, Only You or Custom then click on Save. Click on Done Editing.

You have already created some quality backlink from the best search engine. This is one way to get backlinks from Google the other way is by connecting your profile with your blog. You can read more in my previous post how to link your blog to Google profile.

    1. No. Anyone can do this provided you have a gmail account. I highlighted about blogspot because I know they already have a gmail account that they used to register with blogger.
