Adding a short description in every post is a good way of describing your post in a few sentences. This is an importance step in SEO process since it helps the search engines in understanding your post better and ranking it according to relevancy.
To display description in every post. First you need to set Search Preferences by going to Settings - Search Preferences - Enable Search Description (click on Yes) - Save Settings.
To Add Post Search Description
- Click on new post
- Compose a new post
- On the right side bar
- Click on Search Description
- Describe your post in a few words or phrases
- Click on Done
Publish your post after you are through composing it. You are done.
