Labels can be used to show links of all posts in a blog. If used properly, they provide an easy way to access all blog posts by providing links of related posts in a specific category. They can also act as a way of retaining audience in a blog longer due to the post links, hence lowering the Google Analytics bounce rate.
Labels are easy to insert. Log in to Blogger's Dashboard - New Post. It opens to a posting window where you can type your post. Just above the publish button found at the bottom of the page, there is the an empty space with the word label on the left side and just below it, there is post options link. On the label white space, write down the name of the label that you want to assign to your post. Click on publish post and the label is inserted.
If you want to do some changes on the way the labels appears on the page, go to Design -Labels. It opens to a small window written configure label. Here you can edit the label's setting, specify what labels will be displayed and set up other specifications, then click on save.
If your click on view your blog, you will find all labels and those posts that you assigned to them are displayed. You can change the position of labels by simply dragging the label gadget to whatever position that you wish.
